Great location near central Kusatsu, delicious Japanese breakfast, friendly staff, hot onsen baths, good value for money, traditional Japanese feel.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were surprisingly tasty and affordable. The location was great, just a short walk away from the town center and shopping area. One of the best parts of my stay was being able to soak in the Onsen, the hot water was great, and it was interesting to experience a traditional way of bathing.
The hotel staff was not very helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, the check-in process took too long, and the staff seemed uninterested in answering my questions. The rooms had an unpleasant odor and were not cleaned very well. It was a real disappointment, especially since the hotel is in a beautiful area with so much potential. I would not recommend this hotel, and I think it is worth paying a bit more for a better experience elsewhere.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money is exceptional - for just $100 a night, we received two delicious meals and access to the hot spring. It's a great deal! Secondly, the staff were wonderful. Although communication in English was a bit challenging, there was one person, Morita, who spoke English fluently and provided excellent service. Lastly, the location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Everything was just fine.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with its central location just a short walk away from the shopping area and the heart of Kusatsu. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the inclusion of a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner in the room price. The Japanese-style rooms are big and well-equipped, with complete amenities provided. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure that guests have a comfortable stay. Additionally, the onsen, both indoors and outdoors, is clean and offers wonderfully warm water.
All aspects of this hotel exceeded expectations.

The included breakfast and dinner were the best parts, quite filling and good quality for the price. The location was convenient, easy to walk to the shopping area but not too close to the noisy center. The onsen was clean and hot, great for relaxing with a view of the surrounding mountains.
